Terms of Use

Terms of Use

• Games are free to play. No purchase is needed.
• Neon Arcade is for ages 13+. Players 13–17 can play and join leaderboards but cannot earn Points or redeem rewards.
• One account per person. Do not share, buy, sell or transfer accounts.
• Choose a respectful player name without impersonation or personal contact details.
• Guests can play solo and same-device matches without an account. Online rooms require an account and a running server.
• Mock accounts and scores are local demonstrations, not secure production accounts.
• Moderators can review reports, hide scores and restrict accounts. Moderation actions are logged.

Rewards & Points Policy

• Points have no cash value and cannot be bought, sold, transferred or cashed out.
• Eligible players 18+ can earn DEMO Points from saved solo scores, subject to score checks and a 500-Point earning limit per day. Matches give no Points.
• DEMO · +2,000 / +1,000 / +500 for the weekly top 3 after a Fair Play check
• You never earn Points for watching or clicking ads. Optional videos may unlock an in-game perk only.
• Gift cards: coming soon, no cash value. No redemption is live. Preview brands, values and costs are DEMO examples, not an offer or guarantee.
• Any future rewards need approved rules, eligibility checks and a funded fulfilment process before launch.

Ads

• Production ads require publisher setup and appropriate privacy choices before activation.
• Do not click ads unless genuinely interested. Never ask others to click them.
• Ads must not interrupt active play. Optional videos must be clearly labelled and skippable as an offer.
• Ads never earn Points, not for views and not for clicks.

Partner games

Games on the More Games shelf are provided by third parties (GameMonetize). They run in the partner's player with the partner's ads and terms, never earn Points and have no leaderboards. We pick them carefully but are not responsible for their content.

Fair Play Rules

• No bots, macros, auto-clickers or scripts that play for you.
• Do not alter code, stored data, timers or network requests to inflate a score.
• Do not collude, impersonate others or exploit bugs. Report problems instead.
• Respect other players. Use the report button for suspected cheating or harassment.

Server checks cover signatures, limits and timing, but do not prove honest play. Client-trusted physics matches are not suitable for ranked DEMO prizes or real rewards.

Your content and conduct

Player names and reports must be respectful and lawful. We may remove content, hide scores or suspend accounts that break these terms. You keep the rights to what you write; you allow us to show your player name and scores on the site.

No warranty

The games are provided as they are, free of charge. We work to keep them running, but we cannot promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: hello@neonarcade.gg. See also the Privacy Policy.
