Neon Merge — free orb merge puzzle

New1 player3–10 min

Drop glowing orbs into the jar. When two of the same kind touch, they merge into the next, bigger orb. Chain merges for combos, keep the jar below the red line and grow your way from tiny Spark all the way to the Supernova.

How to play
  1. Move your finger or the mouse to aim, then release to drop the orb.
  2. Keyboard: ← → or A D to aim, Space to drop. P or Esc pauses.
  3. The NEXT box at the top shows the orb that comes after this one.
  4. Pop removes any orb you tap. Shake shakes the whole jar.
About Neon Merge

Neon Merge is a relaxing but tricky physics puzzle in the style of the popular fruit-merge games, with 11 smiling neon orbs: Spark, Ember, Volt, Lime, Aqua, Violet, Blaze, Frost, Ruby, Nebula and Supernova. Every orb rolls, bumps and settles with real physics, so where you drop it matters.

Merge fast to build a combo of up to x5, and earn a Pop or a Shake power-up every 1,500 points to get out of a tight spot. Your best score is kept on this device.

Rules
  • Two orbs of the same kind that touch merge into the next, bigger orb and score points.
  • Merges in quick succession build a combo multiplier, up to x5.
  • If orbs stay above the red line for a moment, the game is over.
  • You start with one Pop and one Shake and earn one more every 1,500 points. Neon Merge does not give Points.
Tips to win
  • Keep the biggest orbs in one corner and build the chain next to them.
  • Look at the NEXT orb before you drop, so you can plan two moves ahead.
  • Save Pop for an orb that blocks a big merge, not for small ones.
