The fastest way to reach us is hello@neonarcade.gg. Please write in English and add the game name, your device and browser when you report a bug.
What to write about
- Player support: accounts, saved scores, online rooms.
- Bug reports: what happened, what you expected, and a screenshot if you can.
- Fair play: suspected cheating or harassment. In a game you can also use the report button.
- Privacy requests: see what we store, or delete your account and its data (Privacy Policy).
- Partnerships: game licensing, publishing our games on your portal, or advertising.
When we reply
We usually answer within two business days. For a privacy request we may ask you to confirm the email address of the account.
